We are so excited for you to join us for our wedding celebration in beautiful Auckland, New Zealand! We know many of you are traveling great distances to be with us, and we are so grateful for the journey you are making. We can't wait to share this special week with you!

Ceremony Time: 3:00 PM

Wedding Ceremony

Please arrive before this time. The ceremony will be held outdoors underneath the trees, with the ocean to the left of us.

After Ceremony

Cocktail Hour 4:00PM
Join us for canapés and drinks , accompanied by a saxophonist and a communal art piece activity.

Evening

Reception Dinner 7:00PM
Held in the Marquee with dinner service featuring Hawkes Bay lamb, Chicken breast, or Glory Bay salmon.

Later

After Party Until 11.30PM
Party with a DJ/Saxophonist , custom pizzas, and chips.

Dress Code

This is a Black-Tie Only Attire Wedding

Please dress in Cocktail or Formal attire.

The overall theme is elegant, featuring White/Sand, Green, and Hydrangea Blue. The reception area is dressed in sand-colored linens and blue/white chinoiserie.

The ceremony is outdoors. Parasol umbrellas will be provided for guest comfort.

  • This is a “Black-Tie” Wedding.

    Gentlemen must wear a Tuxedo

    A bow-tie is mandatory.

    We request classic suit color of Black.

  • Ladies must wear an elegant cocktail dress.

    The wedding decor features a refined palette of white, green, sand, and hydrangea blue. We suggest wearing rich jewel tones, pastels, or classic sophisticated colours.

Travel & Accommodation

Passport: Must be valid for at least 1-3 months beyond your planned departure date from New Zealand.

NZeTA/Visa: Most visitors need to apply for a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) or a visa before traveling. Please check your eligibility and apply on the official Immigration New Zealand website.

NZ Traveller Declaration (NZTD): You must complete this online before arrival.

Staying in Auckland

The wedding is being held at the Mc Callum Residence.

A limited number of guests will be staying on-site from Tuesday, Feb 10th to Thursday, Feb 12th (Invites sent separately). Check-in is at 3:00 PM on Tuesday.

Shuttle Bus Pick-up: A Shuttle Bus will be picking up guests from the Park Hyatt Hotel on the 11th at 1:00 PM.

Shuttle Bus Return: The Shuttle Bus will be departing The Mc Callum Residence at 11:30 PM on the 11th.

Alternative Transport Options

Rideshare: Uber is also available should you wish to make your own way there and back.

Taxis: Taxis are available to be booked at The Mc Callum Residence by asking the staff, who will arrange transfer for you.

McCallum Parking (NZ Guests Only)

Limited parking is available onsite for NZ Guests. Please inform us if you intend to park at the residence so we can ensure your parking space is secured.
